The full melt we selected for our Piatella is obtained through ice water extraction from WPFF (Whole Plant Fresh Frozen) flowers, which are completely frozen. These flowers come from hemp varieties authorized by the European Union, are sourced from certified growers, and are cultivated indoors using natural techniques without chemical agents.

This hash is then cold-cured under vacuum in an airtight container, protected from oxygen and light, and placed for several weeks at a temperature between 4 and 10 °C. It is this cold-curing stage that allows the terpenes and flavonoids to fully express themselves , and which gives it this supple, almost creamy, and particularly recognizable consistency.
