3x filtered: our manufacturing method

There are different ways to obtain hash. Some, like Ketama or King King Hassan Hash, are millennia old, others like Ice-o-Lator are relatively recent.

The 3x filtered design falls squarely between the two. It's an innovative process that incorporates the principles of a traditional technique.

The flowers are mechanically cold-sifted using the dry sifting technique. They are crumbled and filtered through progressively finer sieves, culminating in the finest: a 45-micron sieve. The resulting pollen is then passed through this last sieve three times, hence the product's name! Following this meticulous and repeated sifting, we obtain a concentrate rich in cannabinoids and aromas: terpenes, trichomes, and flavonoids.

After microscopic examination to ensure our resin is completely free of plant pitems, we heat-press it. The pollen is compressed until it forms a true resin crystal. Hard, compact, and above all, very potent, our triple-filtered resin reaches an 80% CBD concentration!

But all this care would be incomplete without a proper curing process. To allow our hash to develop its full potency and the complexity of its aromas, we let it mature in a controlled atmosphere, protected from light and humidity, for several weeks.

Our storage tips

If you're buying a large quantity of hash at once to avoid frequent restocking and to take advantage of our free gifts, proper storage is essential to enjoy it over time. It should be packaged in an airtight container, vacuum-sealed or in traditional jars. It should also be kept away from light, ideally at a temperature between 15 and 20°C.

It's very important to keep your hash away from heat, light, and humidity. Otherwise, it risks oxidizing, and the terpenes and CBD can degrade. Your hash will then lose its intense flavor and potency.

Carefully selected flowers for high-quality hash

With its exceptional purity, triple-filtered hash is currently the gold standard in resin production. But this purity would be meaningless if the CBD flowers used to make this hash weren't of the highest quality. These flowers are carefully selected and processed in our laboratories.
