Essentially, acetylation of a molecule is part of the human genome creation process. When reproduced in the laboratory, this process is notably used in the composition of analgesics such as paracetamol and aspirin. Regarding the history of its discovery or synthesis, very little is known, and unfortunately, we haven't been able to discover the name of its inventor.
