What is hydroponics

Simply put, hydroponics is a soil-less cultivation technique. The roots of CBD plants grow directly in water!

This water contains all the nutrients, minerals and trace elements required, and in perfect quantities for each plant. It circulates in a closed or semi-closed circuit until the plants have reached maturity.

A little culture: the history of hydroponics

According to some researchers, hydroponics may have been used as far back as the gardens of Babylon, although there is no real proof of this. On the other hand, there is evidence that it was used in China and by the Aztec people several millennia ago.

Hydroponics as we know it today dates back to the 19th century. However, it was first commercialized around 1920-1930. Of course, the technique underwent many refinements before it became what it is today.

Hydroponic CBD: high-end CBD flowers

In hydroponics Queen Cali Haze plants grow without their roots having to make their way through the soil. They pick up all the nutrients they need effortlessly. This allows them to concentrate their energy on growing flowers.

By growing without contact with the soil, the plant is kept away from potential contamination and any harmful pests or insects.

Result: flowers are healthier, cleaner and purer. They grow much faster and with greater yield. They are bigger, denser and resinous.

What are the CBD and THC levels in our hydroponic CBD flowers?

Our hydroponically grown Queen Cali Haze hydroponically-grown flowers have a CBD content of around 20% and a THC content of less than 0.3%. They produce no psychotropic effects. In addition to THC and CBD, these plants contain over a hundred cannabinoids (CBDA, CBG, CBGA, CBN, CBC...).

Our hydroponic strains are natural, unprocessed products. We use no additives to change taste, smell, appearance or cannabinoid concentration.

A reminder about cannabidiol

Cannabidiol (CBD) is an active substance naturally present in cannabis and hemp.

Cannabis and hemp are derived from the same plant, the only difference being their THC content: above 0.3% THC it's cannabis, below 0.3% THC it's hemp.

According to the Order of December 30, 2021 implementing Article R. 5132-86 of the French Public Health Code, cannabidiol interacts with the serotonin system - a set of brain neurotransmitters that have an impact on the regulation of pain, sleep and mood - resulting in calming sensations.

Although not a drug, CBD may be responsible for drug interactions. If you are taking medical treatment, consult your doctor before use. If you're a novice user, it's best to start with a light dose and work your way up.

How to use our hydroponic CBD flowers

The Queen Cali Haze is intended for infusion or vaporization.

How to make a CBD infusion

To infuse your hydroponic cannabidiol flowers, you need to start by decarboxylating your CBD flowers. This step is designed to activate the cannabinoids, but don't worry, for once it's harder said than done!
Simply crumble your flowers (using a grinder, chisel or simply by hand) and spread them out on a baking sheet. Then put them in the oven for 30-45 min at 105°, and you're done!
It's important not to exceed 105°, as terpenes and certain cannabinoids degrade above that temperature!

Next, bring the decarboxylated flowers to the boil in a mixture of water and fat (soft butter, coconut oil, whole milk, etc.) for 15 minutes, then strain (or use a tea ball). The fat is important, as cannabinoid molecules cling better to fatty compounds than to watery ones!

We recommend using 0.5 to 1 gram of CBD flowers and 2 tablespoons of fat per 50 cl of water.

How to vaporize CBD

For vaporization, the principle is even simpler, but you'll need to find a vaporizer. Once you've found one, or if you already have one, half the work is done.
Next, simply insert the crumbled CBD head into the chamber provided, press the start button and inhale. Inside, a heating element heats the head to the desired temperature, releasing the vapour you inhale.

What our customers say about
QUEEN CALI HAZE

  1. Bikerjunkie -

Yes, continuing to develop this type of taste, bubblegum, is tantamount to giving CBD its letters of nobility. I rank it below another sativa, amnesia.

  2. BrowCla -

Big surprise, I've been using it for 15 years and now I have the impression of rediscovering the taste and weed of that time, the taste is very intense and it has its own little effect that boosts the head and brain a little.

  3. Ruger -

There's plenty to be impressed by with these flowers, in the mouth they're a real knockout, even the direct smell tells you how good the stuff is.
