The word trim comes from the English word "tailler". It refers to micro-buds, fragments and offcuts of resinous flowers.
When large quantities of CBD flowers are transported, some break off during the journey. When they are recovered, the fragments and debris remain at the bottom of the containers. This is known as trim.
