What is a full Spectrum CBD oil?
On the market you can find
full spectrum CBD oils or
Broad Spectrum CBD oilsThese terms translate as "full spectrum" or "broad spectrum" respectively.
A
full-spectrum oil contains the entire cannabinoid spectrum minor (CBDA, CBG, CBGA, CBN, CBC, etc.) and major (CBG,CBD, THC*) hemp (Cannabis sativa L.), as well as all the other active ingredients: terpenes, flavonoids, amino acids, etc.
The term Broad Spectrum is different from full spectrum, as a broad-spectrum oil contains several major and minor cannabinoids, but not the complete set of elements.
Why choose broad spectrum or full spectrum cbd oil?
Thanks to the wide range of cannabinoids present in broad and full spectrum CBD oil, you can enjoy a broader and more focused effect than with simple CBD oils. This is because the cannabinoids and the various components present enter into synergy thanks to the entourage effect.
This means that each element interacts with the others to reinforce their effects. This is why
full spectrum 40% oil is considered to be the best for those seeking

How to use cbd oil?
Consuming cannabidiol oil is very simple. Simply place a few drops under your tongue, wait between 30 and 60 seconds and swallow, with or without liquid. Depending on the concentration of the product you use, each drop of hemp oil contains a higher or lower level of CBD.
Here are the main ratios:
- One drop of 5% oil contains 2.5 mg of CBD;
- One drop of 10% oil contains 5 mg of CBD;
- One drop of 15% oil contains 7.5 mg of CBD;
- One drop of 20% oil contains 10 mg of CBD.
- One drop of 30% oil contains 15 mg of CBD.
If you're just starting to use CBD, we recommend you opt for a low dosage, between one and two drops every day, morning, noon or evening, depending on your needs. It's up to you to increase or decrease these proportions as you feel the effects.
If you wish, you can also consume CBD hemp oil in cooking or by applying it directly to your skin.
