This corresponds to the weight of an herbal tea bag, which often varies between 1.5 g and 1.8 g. You can increase the dosage up to 3 g, or add other plants or honey to vary your infusions to suit your taste and for more complete effects. Be aware that if you use hemp herbal tea, it will contain a high level of hemp oil. naturally low cannabinoid concentrationno risk of excessive drowsiness.

How to prepare a CBD infusion or tea?

Preparing a CBD hemp infusion is relatively simple, and doesn't differ much from classic infusions.
  • Heat water to boiling and pour into your cup
  • Place the desired dose of infusion in a tea ball or infuser and pour it into your cup.
  • Add a fatty substance (coconut oil, vegetable or animal milk, cream...) as many elements, such as cannabinoids, do not dissolve in water, but in a fatty substance.
  • Stir and wait 8-10 minutes for a perfect infusion.
