Zombie Kush Zombie Kush was created in 2012 by the seed bank Ripper Seeds. This hybrid quickly became one of the brand's best-selling strains. Originally, Zombie Kush selected from several plants resulting from a cross between Lavender Kush andAmnesia. This plant, named "Sidelar," was then crossed with a Bubba Kush to give it a more assertive Kush and woody flavor.

The result is a hybrid with strong Indica dominance that has been noticed and rewarded. It has received several medals, including 1ʳᵉ place in the Indica category at the 2016 UCLA Cup. Its CBD version meanwhile came in 6ᵉ in the Outdoor category at the CBD Cup in 2025.
