CBD Oil: One of the Most Effective Ways to Take Cannabidiol

Taking cannabidiol (CBD) in oil form is one of the most effective ways to take CBD. This is all the more true when it comes to full spectrum CBD oil: all the cannabinoids of hemp (Cannabis sativa L) are then present (CBG, CBN, THC *, ect ...) and the effectiveness is at its maximum.

The proportion of the substance that reaches the endocannabinoid receptors is high (around 40%).

The effects are felt quickly, on average 20 to 40 minutes, but especially when taken in the form of an oil, the effects last up to 6 hours. By comparison, taking CBD as a flower extract has effects for up to 3 hours.

Convenient consumption. A vial of CBD oil is relatively small (8cm*2cm), it contains around 200 drops and can be transported easily. It comes in handy for consuming CBD under all circumstances.

Which concentration of CBD to choose?

All the oils available on our site have the same effectiveness but different concentrations.

5% CBD oil: 2.5 mg of CBD for one drop.
10% CBD oil: 5 mg of CBD for one drop.
15% CBD oil: 7,5 mg of CBD for one drop.
20% CBD oil: 10 mg of CBD for one drop.
30% CBD oil: 15 mg of CBD for one drop.

Thus, it will take 6 drops of a 5% oil to achieve the same effectiveness as a single drop of 30% oil. Reminder: As a drop is not divisible, it is better for those who are not familiar with full Spectrum CBD oils to choose an average dosage of 10 to 15%. Tips for taking CBD

Start with the lowest dose, as not everyone reacts to the substance in the same way. Then slowly and gradually increase the dose each day until the desired effect is obtained.
