Legality

How to store your CBD flowers?

What are the methods of cultivating the CBD flower?

There are three types of cultivation for hemp (Cannabis sativa L.): outdoor cultivation, greenhouse and finally indoor. Here is a quick overview of their particularities and their advantages / disadvantages:

OUTDOOR culture

The outdoor cultivation method is the most economical and the most ecological. Only nature does its work. Flowers grown outdoors are exposed to a harsh environment (wind, rain, temperature variations). As a result, outdoor CBD flowers have raw characters and developed aromas. The plant expresses itself fully.

Cons: The flowers are less "perfect" and more leaves surround the flower. A little less homogeneous production.

Greenhouse cultivation / GREENHOUSE

Greenhouse cultivation is a balance between indoor and outdoor. It offers a favourable environment (controlled temperature, light and natural soil), while preserving from external aggressions. In a greenhouse, CBD flowers bloom very favourably with terpene profiles * of good quality.

In short: it is a relatively environmentally friendly cultivation method and much less expensive than indoor cultivation. The CBD flowers are of very good quality with intense aromas.

* Terpenes are aromatic molecules produced naturally by plants.

INDOOR culture

Indoor cultivation (indoors, often in sheds) allows full control over hemp production: light, temperature, CO2 level, humidity and for its soil: PH and nutrients. By mastering all these parameters and in the absence of external disturbances, the growth of the plants is rapid and allows to obtain the highest quality of CBD flowers. CBD and THC levels are better controlled. Cons: the high cost of the necessary installations makes the indoor CBD flower much more expensive than the one resulting from the other two cultivation methods.

Summary: Indoor cultivation allows you to have top-of-the-range flowers, however, at a high cost.
